ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Purchases can be made through our secure shopping cart using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and bank transfers. You do not need a Pay Pal account to complete your transaction. We accept credit cards through Pay Pal because it is a secure site which offers protection against fraud.

We do our best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Holidays. We use USPS First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation. USPS delivers anywhere in the U.S., including PO boxes and rural addresses.

USPS First Class mail is 2 to 3 days from time of shipping. You can generally count on delivery of your package within one week from the day you order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you must return an item, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your item. Return the item in it's original condition, and packaging. It is best to return the item with an insured courier/carrier. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and will be applied to the original credit card account used. Shipping costs are not refundable. Credits may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card company.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange one item of equal value for another, please let us know so that we can hold the item you want. Follow our Refund and Return Policy for instruction on returning your item.

All information about our customers is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, rent, or give away any personal information whatsoever. Bodhi Jewels collects information from visitors solely for the use of processing an order or emailing notifications upon customer requests. Any information provided is protected both online and offline. We value your privacy and take it seriously.

We do not gather or store any credit card information. Credit card information is gathered securely by PayPal for authorizing and processing your payment.
